Aaron and Hannah Gilles: Co-Owners

Aaron meets with clients to discuss project details and provides dirt-work quotes. He manages contractors and construction crews, handles material orders, and coordinates deliveries. 

Hannah oversees the daily operations of the office team, ensuring excellent customer service. She manages client communications, supports the sales process, finalizes and updates contracts, handles calls and emails, and keeps day-to-day operations seamless.

Sales Manager: Trey

Trey brings extensive experience in traditional and post-frame home building to his role as Sales Manager. His hands-on knowledge of construction, craftsmanship, and custom building options allows him to help clients confidently bring their vision to life. Trey is dedicated to providing exceptional service, guiding clients through the building process, and ensuring every project is approached with care and excellence.

Executive Assistant: Kim

Kim is the welcoming voice of our company, providing a professional and courteous experience from the first point of contact. She manages communications on behalf of the owners, coordinates scheduling and meetings, and supports day-to-day administrative needs.

She serves as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring messages are relayed clearly and efficiently. Kim helps keep operations organized and responsive, making sure every caller feels heard, supported, and taken care of.

Office Assistant: Allison

Allison plays a key role as Office Assistant, supporting daily operations through phone and email management, document updates, and workflow organization. Her attention to detail and dedication ensure an efficient experience for staff and clients.

Permit Specialist: Heather

Heather works with our clients and their county or city to obtain building permits. Her experience, knowledge and diligence takes the hassle out of permitting and provides a streamlined process.

Marketing Manager: Holly

Holly leads our marketing across all platforms, combining creativity and insight to build strong connections with clients. With expertise in graphic design, web design, and digital marketing, she helps clients make informed selections by showcasing recent work and ensures they always have up-to-date information. Draftsman: Miles

Miles draws the plans for all of our buildings. He takes customer's ideas and creates functional and attractive designs that are compatible with post frame construction. He always does a great job in a timely manner.

Crew Foreman: Hayden

With a decade of experience in post-frame construction, Hayden is a highly skilled and knowledgeable builder. His strong critical thinking, confidence, and communication skills set him apart. Combined with his positive attitude, Hayden’s expertise ensures our customers receive both assurance and satisfaction.

Crew Foreman: Bryce

Bryce is a highly experienced builder with an extensive resume in construction and a reputation for quality workmanship and professionalism. He genuinely cares about the buildings he creates, the company he represents, and the clients he serves. His dedication and reliability are evident in every project, ensuring high standards and lasting results.

Crew Foreman: Trevor

Trevor brings over a decade of construction experience to every project. He began framing and remodeling homes in 2014 and has specialized in post-frame construction since moving here in 2021. With experience building pole barns of all shapes and sizes, Trevor is dedicated to leading each project with quality, efficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Concrete Customer Service Manager: Oscar 

Oscar does an outstanding job coordinating the concrete aspects of the building process. He provides quotes for driveways, sidewalks, approaches, and custom concrete requests. Always ready to answer any concrete-related questions, customers consistently praise him as the best.

Concrete Crew Supervisor: Joaquin

Joaquin leads the concrete crews with great expertise, and his work consistently stands out. Concrete is one of our most praised features, thanks to his exceptional leadership.

Garage Door Contractor: Matt

Matt is an owner/operator door installer, and he’s widely regarded as one of the best in the post frame industry. While he could easily run a large company, he prefers to install every door himself to ensure each one meets his high standards and is flawless. Matt is the go-to expert for all door-related questions, including high-lifting, door openers, and operating instructions.

Site Cleanup Coordinator: Gary

Gary takes care of the post-construction clean-up and always does a fantastic job. He’s committed to making sure every customer is satisfied with his work.
