Aaron and Hannah Gilles: Owners

Aaron oversees and advises the company. He manages the contractors and construction crews. He meets with clients to discuss projects and does dirt-work quotes. He orders materials and coordinates deliveries. He personally inspects each completed building for quality assurance.

Hannah manages customer service and sales. She answers phone calls, responds to client emails and writes contracts.

Customer Success Manager: Kenzie

With six years of customer service experience, Kenzie works with the owners as their assistant. She answers phone calls, responds to client emails, and updates contracts. Her attentiveness ensures our clients have the best experience possible.

Customer Success Manager: Kaitlyn

Kailtyn has five years of customer service experience and she works closely with the owners and Kenzie to ensure that our client's needs are met. With a friendly personality and a love for client relations, Kaitlyn is always happy to help!

Permit Specialist: Heather

Heather works with our clients and their county or city to obtain building permits. Her experience, knowledge and diligence takes the hassle out of permitting and provides a seamless process.

Draftsman: Miles

Miles draws the plans for all of our buildings. He takes customer's ideas and creates functional and attractive designs that are compatible with post frame construction. He always does a great job in a timely manner.

Crew Foreman: Trey

With six years of experience building pole barns and post frame homes, Trey allows us to expand the custom options we are able to offer to all of our clients. Trey is a great leader and is dedicated to completing each job with excellence. He has a friendly personality, and we know that our clients are going to love him!

Crew Foreman: Mitch

Mitch has a passion and love for building! As a professional builder, he leads his team to complete each building with precision. With six years of experience and elite training, he is very dedicated, hardworking, and he possesses many attributes that make him a great leader.

Crew Foreman: Hayden

With a decade of post-frame construction experience, Hayden is a skilled and knowledgeable builder. He has exceptional critical thinking skills, building confidence, and communication skills. Hayden's expertise combined with his positive attitude, provides both assurance and satisfaction to our customers.

Dirt-Work Contractor: Zach

Zach’s team builds the best construction pads, and his customer service department is top notch! Their talented on-site work is the main reason our barn pictures look so great; dirt-work is what makes a building look like it belongs in the landscape! Their excellent construction ensures customers will have a problem-free foundation that will endure. They handle dirt-work, driveway, culvert, drainage and clearing questions.

Concrete Customer Service Manager: Oscar 

Oscar does an incredible job of scheduling the concrete portion of the building process. He quotes driveways, sidewalks, approaches, and special request concrete. He answers any concrete related questions; customers always say he's the best.

Concrete Crew Supervisor: Joakim

Joakim presides over the concrete crews and does a wonderful job. Concrete is one our most complimented features. 

Garage Door Contractor: Matt

Matt is an owner/operator door installer and is the best in the industry. He knows he could have a large company, but instead installs all his doors himself because he can be sure each one is perfect and has no issues. He handles all door questions and concerns such as high-lifting, door openers, and door operating instructions.

Site Cleanup Coordinator: Gary

Gary takes care of the final clean-up after construction, concrete and overhead door installation is completed. He does a great job every time and customer satisfaction is his number one priority.

With high-quality equipment, expert skills, and a friendly attitude, he captures each building with precision and creativity, elevating our services.
